  1. i had a problem lifting weights after a while… my hand felt real clammy like i had trouble opening it after & it felt sore… any suggestions on hand stretches or exercises?

  2. Overall these moves were pretty good. I just wish they would complete the reps so I didn't have to keep pausing the clip… and there was never a rep# listed for the final move.

  3. Fatburn activation on the thighs ? Are you mental xD where the fuck did they find you … just stop eating all you fat fucks . And move a little bit more do that and youll see results . Or dont move and dont eat ! Youll still lose weight . But drink water tho and some multi vitamins if you stop eating food all together for a week or so
