Waist Whittlers 100 Challenge

This is the HARDEST, most TORTUROUS ab flattening, waist whittling routine I have EVER performed. I dare you to proceed at your own risk. Beginner modification is advised if you feel like you’re about to collapse from exhaustion. Before I filmed the video, I challenged myself to 100 Waist Whittlers, not knowing if this was possible or not. I STRUGGLED. MAJORLY. Watch to see if I completed it or not.

WARNING: The next day my abs were the most sore they’ve been since I started Pilates 11 years ago. However, I also noticed a nice abdominal separation in the middle of my upper abs.

  1. So this was the first time I ever did this video. It hurt my knees to do it on my knees so I had to do the hard version and I switched sides three times because my mat was sinking in. My shoulders are on FIRE. One day I will finish this without breaks. One day. July 31st DONE! Bring on August! 😀

  2. honestly Cass, is one of the obly youtubers that i know of who makes u feel comfy in your own skin, who inspires you and motivate you to work harder and try your best. and she also talks alot about ither things to keep your mind off of things

  4. Help! I didn't feel these in my abs at all but felt them in my arms. What am I doing wrong? I feel like I just wasted an entire exercise away without gaining anything 😔.

  5. Can't believe I did it !! Advanced version without stopping. This was my second time doing this workout and when I was doing this the first time I had to stop in the middle and have a break. Now I did it all in once. SO PROUD OF MYSELF !!!

  6. WOW! I did it, just complete without taking rest as usual. PIIT is amazing, I could not finish without taking rest before PIIT but now, I could, though my elbows feel so hurt

  7. I really need help: I can't do the advanced one sine I'm still to weak but can't do the easy one either since I have knee problems. can someone please tell me what to do?

  8. I knew that I had to do the beginner modification. No way was I gonna try to do this for the first time doing the advanced move! My shoulders and biceps…. ;____;

  9. I finally did it the whole time on my toes! I cant feel my arms and I definitely felt it more in my upper body and my mid to upper back than my abs. Thanks for motivating me through it Cassey!!

  10. Me before the workout: "Oh, it's just 100 waist whittlers. How bad can it be?"
    1 minute into the workout: "Omg this is pure torture!!!"
    Managed to get through the workout with several breaks, but this will be my next challenge to conquer. 😅
    I thought "4 minutes to a hot body" was the worst, but this can be its match.

Yesterday I was a bit sick, but it was a holiday so i was like all pumped and everything. worked out to blogilates for three hours– SO MUCH FUN 😊😊 did all her weightless arms stuff with weights and legs piit four times and plie challenge and the i really like you challenge and some Brendan Meyers stuff… and I'm sick today!! 👿😩😓Ergh! So I put on this vid tolisten to Casey's voice. (Cassey, you're like the awesome big sister i never got to have! I love you so much!!!)

  12. I am only able to do for two minutes…how do i oush myself.i have this weird weird rush of emotions of lifetime, where i felt not good enough.and once the floodgates open, you cannot continue

  13. I DID IT!!!! I didn't stop or use beginner modifications, but i did kind of drop onto my knee once or twice. I'm pretty sure I did 100 though. FEELING LIKE A BEAST!

  14. When I Iast time did this I didn't for sure do it all but now I did all of them advanced mode!! after that I just fell on my mat because I couldn't feel my legs or arms! Like I don't even know what just happened 😀 last ones I just felt like crying but then I thought about how happy I would be for doing it all!! When I started doing this I was thinking I Have to write a comment here if I make it through c; so thanks for reading till here 😀 have an awesome day and make tomorrow better than today!

  15. I did the whole thing in beginner form with only 2 breaks. May sound bad but it BURNED and I'm proud of myself cuz at first I thought it was going to skip the video completely but I DID IT!!!

  16. The first time I tried this I only made it to 50 and my waist and even the sides of my back were sore for 3 days. I came back and did 100 and GIRL trust me on this one I was sore for a week, but, my result were amazing and I felt so much more confident and better about myself. Thanks Cassey so much I hate you while doing the workout but then I love you when getting the results lol

  17. why does she always have to talk about her nail polish it drives me crazy, there is nothing more interesting to talk about during a workout? it really takes away my willpower
