  1. Encouraging people to drink Caffeine Products before exercising is Extremely unhealthy and I could not see it being recommended by any Doctor anywhere ! ! !

  2. What body weight is this based on for 100 calories being burned off? Just so that I can have an accurate basis for how much I'm burning or a general ballpark idea.
