  1. Could you do like a 10-15 minute morning routine workout video? Just some stretching/easy exercises I could do in my pyjamas when I get out of bed in the mornings to fully wake (my body) up without getting sweaty lol.

  3. is it true that this channel stopped being active and is just reuploading old videos cus that just somehow makes me sad idk why. in my everyday workout i feel like i am interacting with kelsey and rebbecca and it kinda feels like having a personal trainer who you've known for so long you know? pretty disappointing.
    and can anyone pleaseeee tell me why they stopped?

  5. Hi XHIT Daily! I've started following your workouts and they made me feel stronger and healthier now! Can you recommend basic exercises that I can let my parents do? They're about 50 years old and I want them to be fit too. Afterall, age is only a number right? Appreciate it. Thanks, guys!
