  3. i was doing squats at the gym the other day and i was told from a pt that my back should be parallel to my legs when im doing squats. but in this video when you do squats, your back and the legs are almost perpendicular… so who's right on this one? i love doing squats and have been doing them for awhile so i want to know which one's the right position!
