  1. Ahhhh this is exactly what I needed 🙂 especially the forearms / wrists bit. I always struggle with them when I try back walkovers, really needed to find out what stretches to do to help them. Thaaaanks girl!

  3. I've been working out this afternoon. Even though I had stretched a bit, I was still feeling a bit stiff. I've followed the whole video stretching with you and now my body feels so much better! Loved the vid.

  4. Perfect! Really needed a video like this one to add to my workout playlist. I felt sore from yesterday's workout, but after doing these stretches I felt much better. You're right stretching is a much needed thing to add to routine. Again thank you!

  5. I am a gymnast and most of these do not work for me because I am more fexible. Can you do a higher intenisty leveled stretching video. And can you please suggest a diet so I can be skinnier(preferably vegan). That would be great. Keep it up X hit!!!

  6. A much needed video. It does take some time in, but it makes an amazing difference to workouts and everyday being
    I noticed after doing these warm ups, my muscles were a bit more in ease and my body was able to really do my exercises correctly 🙂

  7. I did this stretching workout 2xs and since then I have been dealing with crazy soreness. I have been doing some Xhit videos for awhile now but this is the worst soreness I've had. Did I inadvertently over stretch and what can I do to make it better?

  8. Love all the vids but PLEASE please move the words on the screen to any other corner or make the letters smaller. They often block key parts of her bod, making it difficult to copy the correct form. thanks so much! 

  9. Hi! Love your videos and have been doing them daily. I only wonder one thing: Why not change up the music a little? It does get a little old after a while…? Would love to hear your thoughts on this? 🙂

  11. This is Awesome!! I have a 2 year old and I did this during his nap time. I didn't know how tense my shoulders were!! After this Stretching Routine I feel so relaxed and ready to go! 🙂

  12. Excellent thanks! I'm having major neck and back pain today (Sunday) & Chiropractor is closed! But I'm tellin' you…this video helped me a lot, after meds and an hot water bottle! Stretching was wondering!
